Server Coming Down

I usually play on my lunch hour so yesterday wasn't anything new. But I had forgot that they were taking down the servers to gank all the volenteer help. I play C.S.T. so I had enough time to get level 14 over lunch. Just a little bit after I logged in I got the typical admin messages. I played for a while, Now I think this is just random but if this happend to anyone else please let me know, Whith about 30 minutes to go till shutdown I started to notice that almost all my spawns had turned to shadows, kinda like when the shadow envasion event happend. So I head to higher ground and ran into a pack of ice golems and got the crap beat out of me (I'm so ashamed). Anyway it made for kinda funny screenshot.

Crack Part 2

Still using mana like it's going out of style but yesterday I did something I've never really done before I actually started using mana stones. Not the mana stones that are already full with mana but the ones you find on the creatures. I've found that the 50% ones work best. I'll just use it on some junk jewelery that I find and give it to my usefull items. I think this will be very common for me as a BM.


Goals pursued

Yesterday between level 14 and 15 I started raising my health, run, and staminia more than I usually do I think if you look at my stats you'll see some of what I did. My health is now around 85 with my endurance ring 2 on which is about enough to take a couple hits from the higher level critters. My Run is base 60. This still low for the dires but it'll have to do for now. I need to start working on my ManaC a little it raises by its self pretty well but it needs more attention than I've been giving it.


Goals never reached

*Sigh* I always have these lofty goals and never reach them. Yesterday I was planning on get to level 15 at resonable time then heading to the dires by the end of the night. So I'm up in the mountains fighting everything that gets in my path, well at this point I'm using my war wand and cast level 4 war spells right and left. I'm dropping snow matties in 1 shot and hitting luggies for 100+ Well what I failed to realize was that I was burning comps like there was no tomorrow. And when I say burn I mean it. I went through 60 cobalt potion in a matter of an hour *yikes* Well I only really like visting the mage once a night and I had already done if for that night and I was outta cash. So I had to log in with my main and run his happy ass to mayoi to restock dizz with C notes and I comps.

Run in with a big bad snowman!

Ok this isn't really a Dizz story, but it was funny none the less. I decide I would mule a pack of comps and money up at where Dizz was hunting. So I finnaly get Haplo up there and I look over at one of dizz's usually spawn sites for monsters and I see some snowmen. Cool hadn't seen one so id it. This thing wasn't just a snowman it was the Giant Snowman level 234 that sells snowballs. Wtf was he doing here? About that time I get hit with a frost bolt V so I run and this thing doesn't stop following me. I tried to lead him into Mayoi but he gave up just as I got to town. Dang that could've been fun :) I went back and killed him (with hap), he was surprisingly easy.
