Levels 28-30

These levels came pretty fast from the last time I did a diary. I stayed at my "Drudge Heaven" and just pounded away at drudges till I got it. 30 was a pretty important milestone for me because the highest mage I've ever played was level 30. So accomplishing this in this short amount of time was pretty cool for me, and proved that this was a really fun viable template. On to the big milestone.. 50

Drudge Heaven???

Since my last diary I have been emendated with emails, messages, and every form of communication to reveal this location. The portal that I found was put into AcExplorer around the same time as I posted this so I figured people would start invading my area but as I thought most people don't explore much. So with out further adu the portal is located at 74.0s 52.4w. This is south of WaiJhou and drops you way up on the north coast of the direlands. This portal is hot so be fully buffed if you take it. I've been hit with Gold wasp, umbris, virindi and tuskers, just all sorts of nasties. After you drop, if you run the coast in either direction you will eventually find a drudge pack. They are random spawns so after you dispatch one pack move on and you'll find another. Very fun stuff. Now this is not the only location for these packs. The are all over in remote areas of the dires. In fact the whole coast line all the way down to AB is full of them. I also found some big packs in the very southern dires, But that's another story :) The jest of this is get out and explore, when Troop changed the dires he changed it in a big way.

Boooo BSD

After I hit 30 I really needed a change from all the drudges and next progression is tuskers. I really want to go out on the Obsidian Plains but I hadn't played with tuskers for quite a while, so I decide I would go to BSD get a few levels and get my feet with them again. I spent a lot of time here with my old mage before they nerfed it and I was sick of it. So the thought of going back was not appealing. I had heard it wasn't near as good as it use to be, so I picked the one I thought would be the least crowded, the northern onethere . I get and buff upyou . I can cast life 6 protects with a lot of fizzle so I cast those and my impens and banes and went in. Now I don't know if went there before it was nerfed or not but it used to be completely insane, you use to just find a corner and fight till your buffs ran out. And when I say fight I mean non stop tusker till your buffs were gone.

I ran in this time and didn't even see a dead tusker on the ground so I ran into the next room and backed my self into a corner and waited.. and waited.... and waited.. WTF??? I move into the catacombs part 1 tusker comes up to me and I dispatch it and ran for a corner thinking the spawns was starting. And waited... and waited... grrr.. this sucks my buffs will be going soon. People are running around back and forth and no tuskers. I go back outside and dig up my old map of the place. Mind you I have never been to the bottom of this place because it would have been suicide with the old spawns. I buff full and go back in, I'm rather pissed at the spawn rate, so I run determined to go down till I see at least 4 tusker alive. I couldn't believe I ran all the way to the bottom with out seeing a single tuskers. This place wasn't just nerfed it was totally gimped and destroyed. I ran this routine a couple of days and never got enough xp for a single level. What a piece a crap, I can't believe people actually suggest this is place to level up. If it wasn't for its previous glory I seriously doubt there would be that many people there. Ahh well time to move on, this place is not for me

The Stats

Well Since I reached my goal of 200 in life and war I've been working on the stats I've been neglecting since last time. Mainly my run/quickness and my health and stamina. I'm very close to effectively using the STM infinite mana tricks but it still seems to take to long.

Where too next?

Still searching, maybe a cautious OP but I've got some new ideas that I scouted out last night that might work. But alas that will be a topic for my next diary. Got any ideas?? lets hear them.
