Og Rez's Weekly Journal #5 - 2.21.02 - 2.28.02 (WARNING: Extremely Long!)

Decisions Decisions...
The first day (Thursday)...
Well, I finally came to a conclusion and my conclusion is a Very Long Weekly Journal. Hope you like this one. Check out Journals Numbers 1-4. Well, when we last left Og Rez, he was at the Lugie Dwelling, North of Q'alabar, behind the "Secret Wall". He was draining Luggies very quickly. A estimation of 1 Luggie per minute. He was getting about 8.5k per 5 minutes. So I logged on the day after I posted Journal #4 and I checked how much I had to level. When I looked at the xp left I knew I was gonna get to 18 that night. I only had 32k xp left to level. I also was determined to complete my goals of Creature and Life at 160 base. They were both 158 base at the moment but I knew I would reach my goal that night. I was still hunting at the Lugie Dwelling for now. I was casting IVs pretty regularly, except the fact that I'm burning comps at a medium rate, which isn't good for me. I waste a lot of money on comps. So, I logged on and the place was empty. I had all the lugies to myself. My robe, or Tidelwave's "Robey", was clean and ready to drain some Lugies. Then, Tidelwave logged on but then logged off. I thought that he probably got booted. I buffed myself and regained my mana. Tidelwave logged on again and logged off again. I called him and he told me that something was wrong with the game and not his connection. So I continued with the game. I killed about 5 Lithos in about 5 minutes and regained Mana again. I took on another 5 Lithos and regained Mana and rebuffed myself. It was pretty cool. I felt so powerful. By the way, about Stamina to Mana, only use level I until you have over 120 Stamina, then you could use Stamina to Mana II. You get more Mana with Stamina to Mana I with a lower Stamina than 120 than to cast Stamina to Mana II with a lower Stamina than 120. If you didn't get it, forget about it. I had enough to raise my Creature to 159 nd I quickly raised it. I now had 1 more point for Creature and 2 more points for Life and then I will reach my goals. To raise my Creature I needed like 12k. That was like 6 Lithos Lugies. The Lugie Dwelling was still empty. I still had all the lugies to myself. There were only Obeloths now because I killed all the Lithos already. Now I moved on to the Obeloths. I killed 2 and then I got to my 3rd and the "Unexpected" happened. I ran out of ALL my 50 Colcothar potions. Yikes. I knew I forgot to recomp the other night! Now I had to wait until someone came on to help me. Nobody was at the Dwelling and nobody on my friends list was on. I waited and waited and just fooled around. Nobody came on. I stood around, regained Mana, buffed myself, and looked at my Level VI scrolls to keep me company. I went AFK and called Tidelwave. He told me to add some of his friends and wait until one of them came on if they aren't already on. So I add them all in and none of them are on. I looked at my stats and... ONLY 6k to Level! Why did I burn them now and not after I got to level 18?! Just a few more Lithos, which have already spawned and where guarding the exit with their lives. I am so unlucky... I looked at my stats again and saw that I had enough xp to raise Life! Now my base Life and Creature were both 159! One more point each and I have reached my goals! All of a sudden, one of Tidelwave's friends came on. I was SO happy. I told him the scenario and he said he couldn't help me. My hopes went Rock Bottom. I couldn't Lifestone Recall because then I couldn't get back in! He asked me a few questions to confirm that I was in his Monarchy and I sure was. I told him his other character was supposed to take me to the "Secret Place", as promised by Tidewave. I casted Willpower Self IV so I can get ready to Lifestone Recall and my Mana Conversion got up to 103 all of a sudden. Then the person logged off! My hopes were lower than the lowest. I had 5k to level since I was casting some spells but had no way to level. Talk about bad luck. The place was still empty. I waited and all of a sudden, a level 16 logged in and asked if I wanted to fellow. I quickly said yes and asked for Colcothar potions. He gave me 10, which would have lasted for half an hour. I had 4.5k to Level and I was so excited! I was going to go the "Secret Place" but probably next time. He was draining while I regained Mana and I had 3k to Level. I then had 1.3k to level... I killed a Lithos and... Level 18!!! I still needed better xp. I was leveling slowly... I called Tidelwave again and he told me to try talking to his other character, which I didn't know. So I asked him and he told me he was waiting by my Lifestone. I told him I didn't know about that character and I quit the fellow and I Lifestone Recalled. I recomped and got lots of Colcothar. I went back to the Lifestone. She got some level VII buffs nd summoned to the "Secret Place". I rushed in and was downloading. I was excited. It finished materializing and she left. She told this level 25 that was there to help me out. She logged and the level 25 person told me where to stand, how to drain, where not to cross, what to mess with, and what not to mess with. It took me a while to understand. I waited for the spawn. It's like 15 per spawn. After I prepared to drain I checked my skills and pushed my Creature to 160 base!!! One goal down, one to go! I killed my FIRST tusker and it was so cool. I felt so powerful. I killed another one and checked my skills again. I pushed Life to 160 base!!! I REACHED MY GOALS!!! My next goal was to get Focus and Self to 170 base. I will try to get that around next week. I then had to log and that was the end of one day... Here are my stats at level 18:

The second day (Friday)...
Well, when we last left Og Rez yesterday, he reached his goals of Creature and Life at 160 base and got to level 18. He is currentley hunting at the "Secret Place". I hardly played. I logged on and the place was empty. I tried to kill a Virindi Servant and he drained me with a Harm Other V after a Magic Yield V. I Portal Recalled got my death item and money and stuck to the Tukers. I killed one spawn and then I raised my Mana by 30 (185) and logged off. Well, I'll tell you about Og Rez tommorrow in the next Section of Journal #5...
The third day (Saturday Night)...
I missed the Mage gathering on Saturday. I wasn't home the whole day so, I didnt get to it. Well, when we left Og Rez yesterday he died from a Virindi Servant but got his stuff back easily. He also raised his Mana by 30 (185) and then he logged off. Today was different. He logged on only to find that the place wasn't empty. Awww... A level 21 was there and Og Rez decided to fellow with him. We finished a spwan of Tuskers and he leveled to 22. I was 3/4 of the way towards level 19. We killed more and more spawns (around 4) and at the fourth spawn lag hit. It hit pretty hard for us. All of a sudden, one of the Tuskers came running up to us and was in our room. We had no time to run away. We both fell into the hands of the Tusker. The level 22 tried to recall in but he died again since the Tusker was still there. I got some buffs from one of my allegiance members (VIs) and Portal Recalled and got my stuff back. I forgot to tell the level 22 that the Tusker has gona back downstairs and was gone. I killed one spawn of them and cleared my Vitae on the first Tusker and... Level 19!!! Well, I had lots of xp to raise stuff and I did. I will show you my stats of Og Rez at the end of that night at the end of this section. We both killed another spawn and then he had to log. He logged and I killed LOTS of spawns and since it was empty, I got LOTS of xp. You have to drain them before a 130 second timer is up or you don't get the full xp. I drain until they have around 5% of thier health left and then I start Harming. Add a Yield I or above if you are having some difficulty. I then logged off and logged back on again and saw a level 25 helping a level 20. We fellowed and we killed 1/2 a spawn. I still buff myself with IVs even though I cand do Vs with IVs before them. He let me have one of them by myself and so I drained it. What I didn't notice was that the Virindi Servant was draining me while I was draining the Tusker! When I finished the Tusker, The Virindi gave me a Harm other V and I died. Ouch. I Portal Recalled and got my body back. We both drained Tuskers and I reduce my Vitae after 1 Tusker. We were waiting for the next spawn... It finally came and him and I killed 1 and all of a sudden... Level 20!!! I'm out of there! I said Thank You and I quit the Fellowship. I then Lifestone Recalled and asked somebody to take me to DM. My fellow allegiance said there is a portal in Rithwic and so he buffed me up and sent me with an escort, since he had to log off. When we were right near Rithwic, I asked him to make sure he was taking me to DM. He asked what DM was and I said Disaster Maze. He stopped... Doh! Well, we were standing and talking trying to figure things out when all of a sudden my other allegiance friend, Bad Magic (other characters: Any Body [tooke me to Secret Place]), logged on! I asked if he can get me to DM and he said he had DM! It was pretty cool! He said he was in Rithwic, too! I ran into town and found him near the Armorer. He buffed me up and he Summoned. He took me to "his" draining pot with only 2 Tusker Guards! I told him that this wasn't the place that Tidelwave was talking about. He left without telling me. I drained 2 spawns of 2 Tusker Guards per spawn and he just came back. He said to me him in the front and quickly. I Portal Recalled and He was at the front. He then took me to the place where Tidelwave was talking about. Too bad Tidelwave wasn't on. His DSL was still screwed up... I drained 3 or 4 Tusker Guards and 2 Tusker Slaves. It was pretty good xp. He then brought 3 Mountain Rats, 1k xp per Rat, and I drained them to death. I then had to log but I still knew that I found my new home! Bad Magic left and I logged. The fourth day (Sunday)...
Well, when we last left Og Rez, he was at the Disaster Maze killing Tusker Guards and Slaves. I earn A LOT of xp per spawn. I came on and my spot was packed. Five people were there, which for tht place is pretty packed. Three people then left and I then ran out of Powdered Amber. I asked somebody named Silverrope II and he split one of his peas for me. I appreciated it and life went on. I asked his vassal if he wanted to fellow and he said I should wait until he levels to 20. He leveled and then 5 seconds later... Level 21!!! We fellowed and then somebody named Alterra, lured a Tusker to the spot and I kept on draining it and it killed me! I was so pissed. I Portal Recalled and I tried to get to the spot. I ran past 20 Drudge Lurkers and Stalkers and ran back to heal myself because I was about to die. I healed myself, ran back into the pack, ran past them, went throught the door and got delayed by Silverrope II, which was killing a Virindi in order for me to get back to the spot. The hall was narrow and the Virindi was blocking my way. I kept on trying anyways. A Drudge Lurker got around the corner, hit me in the behind a few times, and I was hurled back to the Lifestone. Silverrope II also died from the Virindi. I Portal Recalled and so did he. We got our corpses back and killed everything in our path to reduce the Vitae. He buffed me up with VIs and VIIs and we got to the spot. I got my other stuff back and started killing more Tuskers. Then... Level 22, after a couple of spawns! Well, that was the end of tht night. I had to log. Until next section... Go kill!
The fifth day (Monday)...
Well, when we last left Og Rez, he was at Disaster Maze and got to Level 22. Today was one of those boring, but determined, days. I was determined to get to 23 and fellowed with the Level 20, which leveled to 21 after I logged on. I decided to cool down with Og a little and decided to make a "junk" character at Darktide and see what it's like. Well, until next section... Go Kill!
The rest of the days (Tuesday - Thursday)...
I never got around to playing. I was pretty sick. So, I'm still Level 22. The only thing that happened was, accidentally, I lost my tie to DM so, it's a big problem for me. I also might get a Co-Vassal, which I will take care of when Tidelwave isn't on. That's is the last of it. I'm still trying to get the tie and I'm still a little sick. These diaries will slow down and be short and general if you don't like them. If you don't, I'll stop taking responsibillities of posting these journals.
