Four level capped guild members

Postby Amokk on Sun Jun 27, 2010 10:17 pm

So tonight most likely Dizzarian will hit level 80 on his Priest bringing the total level capped guild members in World of Warcraft to four. Have we ever played a game where so many have hit the cap? i think this is a first.

If it makes you feel any better, 3 kittens probably died, an angel lost it's wings and the baby jeebus cried.

Congrats Dizz. I knew you were working towards it last night which is why I did not beg and plead for at least one run!

My sub expires today. I did play earlier today but stopped when I saw that according to the game, I was still getting exp but it stopped 1 point shy of getting 61. This could be from only having the demo of BC which would make sense.

As far as renewing in the future the more I think about it I am not so sure. To level Vus I would have to buy BC which is $30 and the monthly fee of $15. $45 for a month of game play is a lot of money. Very shortly thereafter I would need to get Lich King which is $40. It is definitely something to think about.

On the other hand, even $45 is still a good bang for your buck entertainment wise. :)

Don't write it off yet :)

I guess we did in AC2. But then again we had four times the number of people playing as well.
Nabsta. Nabsta's buddy? Hawkbill. Acid. Tonk. Names I cannot remember.

Here is an update:

I went out window shopping on Monday. While out I stopped at Toys R Us. They had two copies of Lich King for $30. Now that I think about it those were there the last time I was in there along with 3 copies of BC for $30. Seems Toys R Us is not stocking pc games anymore. No Big surprise there.

I was at Wally World today and they sell BC for $20. So that $45 for a month would drop to $35 much more agreeable in my book.

I am still going to wait for a little while on this. As I mentioned earlier only having one vehicle makes things difficult. Even more so when its a 17 year old pickup that gets lousy gas mileage! Last week I put in what normally lasts me 3 weeks of gas since I am driving so much now. Mainly watching extra expenses at the moment. With luck we will be able to get her a car sometime near the end of July. Assuming everyone is still playing, I will be back then.
